2004-04-25 [Asfaloth]: The Welsh, Scots and Cornish (and general South West people) are all in the 'Celtic band' for they all fled to as far away from the Saxons when they invaded and so the all went as far away as possible. The Irish are definatly Celts as the Saxons did't really get that far - although the vikings had a shot!

My grandmother's maiden name is Bailey. My mother and her father's last name is Kilcoyne, and my grandmother's maiden name is Tuttle which is related to the O'Byrnes. So I'm Irish on all sides! Not to say I would be ashamed to be Scottish, I love Scot culture as much as I do Irish: my fav person is William Wallace

I have Seminole and Cherokee, Sue(I dunno how to spell it...*shrugs*), Blackfoot, something that starts with an A..forget which one, two others that I forget, and Muskogee. Now, the ironic thing is that I have mostly Cherokee but I follow the Muskogee culture which is the one I have the least of and the Muskogee and Cherokee were always fighting. Go figure!
2004-04-28 [xq]: Yeah, blackheart, I was looking at this great poster my mom found in the attic and it has a map of Ireland in the middle, and all of the main Irish names and their coat of arms on there. They had O'Bierne and Byrne, so I guess ours is like a branch-off of Byrne or its a newer translation of the gaelic O'Bierne. Actually, u no the "O"s, "Mc"s, and "Mac"s mean son of___. So my family is "son of Bride".
